Eurofork awarded “Best Managed Company” for the fourth consecutive edition

Eurofork, in the prestigious setting of Borsa Italiana, was awarded for the fourth consecutive year by Deloitte Private as a Best Managed Company, earning a place in the Gold Winner category.

The Best Managed Companies Award is a recognition given to the entrepreneurial excellence of Made in Italy, promoted by Deloitte Private, in collaboration with the ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, ELITE-Euronext Group, and the Small Industry of Confindustria.

This year, 79 companies were awarded for demonstrating excellent managerial skills, focusing on people, talent, inclusion, sustainability, and corporate culture.

“It is an honor for me to be among the Gold Winners of Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies Award. This prestigious recognition confirms and testifies to our commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of business management, our continuous attention to market trends, the search for advanced technologies, and, most importantly — as a Benefit Company — our constant focus on sustainability, inclusion, and ESG values,” commented Maurizio Traversa, CEO of Eurofork S.p.A.

“The awarded companies demonstrated excellent managerial abilities, recognizing the great value of their people and corporate culture, which rewards virtuous behaviors,” stated Andrea Restelli, Partner at Deloitte and head of the Best Managed Companies program in Italy. “Having well-trained and motivated employees, as well as leadership capable of identifying and nurturing talent, contributes to the overall growth of the company,” Restelli emphasized. “Combining virtuous performance on the pillars explored by the BMC program with the ability to attract and retain talent contributes to the winning positioning of the awarded companies and their interest in building and strengthening an organizational culture, in line with corporate expectations and the desires of new generations, which will form the basis for their competitive advantage and longevity,” concluded Ernesto Lanzillo, Partner at Deloitte and Leader of Deloitte Private for the Central Mediterranean area.
