Eurofork Group promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency, security and accountability. To support these principles, Eurofork Group provides the Eurofork Group Reporting Portal, a confidential tool through which reports can be submitted using the most appropriate channel.
The Whistleblowing channel is intended for reporting breaches, unlawful conduct or behavior that conflicts with applicable laws, the Code of Ethics or the company’s principles. Whistleblowing reports are handled in accordance with the safeguards, confidentiality requirements and procedures established by applicable law.

Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities affecting Eurofork Group products, software or systems, in accordance with the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process.
Abuse and Inappropriate Conduct
Reports concerning abuse or inappropriate conduct requiring a dedicated confidential channel.
Each channel is managed according to its specific purpose, the applicable legal framework and dedicated access authorizations. Before submitting a report, users should select the channel that best matches the nature of the matter and review the information provided in the portal.
