The fourth edition, inspired by the growth guidelines of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), focuses on local areas and corporate development or transformation projects that have enabled small and medium-sized enterprises to successfully navigate a particularly challenging period.
The selection of the Winning Companies 2022 was based on specific performance indicators, evaluated in light of the current economic and social context: the ability to invest in digitalization and the transition to Industry 4.0, the progressive adaptation to ESG sustainability criteria, the enhancement of human capital, internationalization, the development of the relevant supply chain and local ties, and the ability of profit-driven companies to generate social impact, contributing to inclusive growth and community well-being.
