The DBI Consortium, consisting of Dianba New Energy Technology, INFRAMobility-Dianba and Eurofork S.p.A. (as technological partner), officially declares the termination of the collaboration relationship with Flymove Bertone with respect to the Battery Swap System project.
It is hereby clarified that the know-how, the intellectual property and the patents related to the Battery Swap System developed by Dianba New Energy Technology, INFRAMobility-Dianba and Eurofork S.p.A. are exclusive property and have not been transferred to third parties.
