Roletto, April 13^th 2026 – Eurofork S.p.A. announces the signing of a binding agreement providing for Cascade Corporation – the global leader in the manufacturing of attachments, forks, masts, and related technologies for forklifts and AGVs – to enter the company’s share capital through the acquisition of a 60% stake, alongside the current shareholder FT Invest Srl, pending regulatory approval in Europe.

The transaction is part of a path of industrial and organizational growth that enables Eurofork to strengthen its global presence and accelerate the development strategy of the Eurofork Points, while maintaining full continuity in terms of identity, governance, and market positioning.

This strategic step strengthens Cascade Corporation’s position in the advanced logistics and automated warehouse sector, enabling it to offer customers a broader, more comprehensive, and unmatched range of warehouse solutions.

Eurofork will continue to operate with full independence and commercial neutrality, with the same management and the same mission that for over twenty‑five years have made it a trusted technology partner for leading international System Integrators.

The company will continue to collaborate with all System Integrators worldwide as a Tier 1 supplier, significantly strengthening its international operational support capabilities.

Thanks to Cascade’s global footprint, Eurofork will be able to develop an increasingly widespread network of ‘Eurofork Points’: local technical hubs designed to support System Integrators during the commissioning, ramp‑up, service, and after‑sales phases, particularly in contexts where specialized expertise is not immediately available.
